Spokane is Walking with Heroes on October 5th

The Inland Northwest Walk For Wishes takes place on October 5 in Spokane.
Wish mom Lace of Spokane has learned a new definition of 'hero' after her three-year-old son Tito was diagnosed with an incurable brain tumor.

Tito sets sail on a Caribbean cruise.Last year, Tito received his wish ‘to go on a big boat’ when he and his family took his wish trip on a Caribbean cruise. “Make-A-Wish came into our lives, gave our son the trip of a lifetime, and left us feeling cared for, supported, and rejuvenated to face the medical challenges ahead,” said Lace.

This year, Lace and Tito will join us at the Walk For Wishes® to share their story and the meaning of the word ‘hero’ at the hero themed event.

Help us reach our statewide goal of $265,000 by October 5th and register for this family-friendly 5K walk and fun run at Mirabeau Meadows in Spokane.

Register for free today or make a donation and help us grant wishes to heroes like Tito.
