Heroes Unite at 7th Annual Walk For Wishes®

Wish heroes at the 2016 Walk For Wishes.
What do Spiderman, Wonder Woman and Captain America have in common?

Despite the rain, heroes – big and small – turned out in mass numbers (more than 900) for a morning of fitness and family fun at the 7th annual Walk For Wishes, presented by Expeditors on Sunday, September 13 at Marymoor Park.

The more than $219,000 raised will help to grant the wishes of local children, but we still need your support! But there is still time to help. Reaching our goal of $241,000 is vital to help us grant a wish to every eligible child. We are not quite there yet and we hope you will consider donating now to help us close the gap. Don't forget your company's matching gift program to make your gift go further. Every dollar makes a difference.

Special thanks to all the Walk For Wishes participants, donors, sponsors, volunteers and wish families whose support made this community event possible, and congratulations to our award winners:

  • Top Fundraising Friends & Family team: Hope Strength and Joy, $21,185
  • Top Fundraising Corporate Team: Team Funderful, $18,015
  • Top Individual Fundraiser: Tom Faley, $10,350

Special thanks to our 2015 Walk For Wishes sponsors:
