An 8-year-old boy from Woodland, Washington, has become an honorary rescue swimmer with the U.S. Coast Guard in Alaska.
At the Alaska Coast Guard base, 8-year-old Andrew was designated an honorary rescue swimmer.
Isabell was honored Monday at a special Make-A-Wish event at Fred Meyer’s Jewelers, where she got to choose special charms and design her own bracelet.
